.AU Registry Maintenance Jun 30, 08:00 - Jul 1, 20:00 AEST
The .AU registry will be migrating from AusRegistry, to the new registry operator, Afilias, on the weekend of the 30th.

The migration will begin at 8AM AEST on Saturday morning, and is scheduled to finish at 8PM AEST on Sunday evening.

.AU registrations, renewals, transfers, and domain modifications will not be possible during this time.

Websites will continue to resolve, and DNS will not be affected during this migration.

Monitoring - Our latest update from Senior technicians is that SpamExperts have put a resolution in place which should have mail behaving as normal once again.

We're leaving this open in a "Monitoring" state until we can completely confirm this should be fixed. If you notice any NEW examples of bouncebacks from now on when sending mail outbound please open a Support request or reply on your existing one about this issue including the mailbox you were sending from and what time so we can review logs and re-escalate if needed.

Identified - At this time this issue will only be affecting those on newer "syd2" hosting servers. We are awaiting further information and resolution from our third party filtering provider and hope to have an update soon. Thanks for your ongoing patience and understanding on this matter.

Investigating - We are currently working with an external vendor to resolve emails being incorrectly marked as spam when leaving our servers.

Please submit a support ticket if you are receiving bouncebacks indicating "550 The content of this message looked like spam" and we'll review and release the message(s) involved so they get out to the recipient.

We hope to have an update if not resolution on this shortly.
