We have had further reports that the issue with emails being classed as spam that is going to Microsoft 365 recipients from our shared hosting servers is no longer happening.

We have not seen new reports come through to our Technical Support team so we are making this incident as resolved.

We are getting updates from our partners that they are noticing that the email deliverability to Microsoft Office 365 accounts is improving and emails are currently being delivered to recipients inboxes.

We have had no update from Microsoft yet, so we cannot confirm if this issue is fully resolved.

We encourage you to test sending your emails again to see if they are still being filtered into spam at Microsoft's end.

We are still in communication with Microsoft regarding emails being filtered into spam folders from the affected shared hosting servers.

We do apologise that we do not have more detailed information to provide at this time. Our Infrastructure team is still working with Microsoft to determine the exact reason why Microsoft is filtering the emails.

Investigating

We are getting reports of emails being sent from our shared hosting servers that are being delivered to Microsoft365 users and are being filtered into their spam folders.

At this time, our investigations have not found any reason to believe this is being caused by our systems at this time.

Our Senior Infrastructure Administrators are still investigating and are reaching out to Microsoft for further information.
