As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your support experience, we’ll be trialling updated phone support hours during the scheduled notice period. This means that between 8pm - 8am AEST phone support will be unavailable.

This change is aimed at improving LiveChat availability and reducing overall wait times across all available support channels.

Based on valuable feedback from the 2025 Customer Survey, the preferred phone support window is 8:00am to 8:00pm AEST

You’ll continue to have access to LiveChat via our website and the Synergy Wholesale Management System, and support requests can still be submitted as usual.
